Having the opportunity to visit New Orleans, Louisiana for the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl is something we look forward to every year. For 2016, we made a special delivery to Ochsner Health Children’s Hospital.
Kiddie Carrier Wagons
R+L Carriers – Kiddie Carrier Wagons provide transportation for patients when moving around within the hospital. Each custom wagon is specially designed to transport pint-size, special cargo and their families.
Child Life Specialist Whitney Alford said the wagons serve as a vessel of normalcy for children en route to procedures and the operating room. Most children are familiar with wagons, so the Kiddie Carriers are intended to help ease their anxiety .

Ochsner Health Children’s Hospital is located in New Orleans, LA and is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. They are one of the country’s largest non-university based academic medical centers. R+L Carriers is proud to serve the New Orleans area through transportation services and giving back to the community.
