The 2014-2015 College Football Bowl Season will be the largest post game season ever. With the addition of the 4 team playoff system and many new bowls, there will be enough post season football for everyone.
The Playoffs
Among the additions will be the new 4 team championship playoff. Both the Rose Bowl on Jan 1 and the Sugar Bowl on Jan 1 will each send their winner to the Championship on January 12 in Arlington, Texas. Prior to the championship, there will be 36 other bowl games played. Power conferences like the Big 10 and the SEC may see as many as 9 or 10 bowl games for their conference. Even the smaller conferences like R+L Bowl alumni Conference USA will see as many as 9 bowls this season.
Kick Off
Once again the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl will start the College Bowl Season. Kickoff to the 2014-2015 College Football Bowl Season is December 20th at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans. Game time is 10:00 a.m. Central Time. 39 Bowl Games total will be played, besting the 2013-2014 season of 35 bowl games.

National Championship
The National Championship will feature the two winning teams from the Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl. The four teams to play in the Rose and Cotton Bowl will be selected by committee. This committee will also assign the At-large teams noted in the schedule above. The four teams selected will be seeded 1-4. The #1 ranked team will play the #4 ranked team, the second game will be the #2 v #3. Winners of each match meet in Arlington on January 12. AT&T Stadium will host the championship game, kick off is 8:30 p.m. ET and will be aired by ESPN.
